Being inspired isn't enough

Can you sit comfortably by yourself with no distractions? Is that conversation with yourself a kind one or does it pose something that only avoidance can be the solution to?
 

Because maybe you’re looking for answers in someone or something else but you should ask yourself what you think and sit with it. Ideas aren’t born of distraction…
 

they’re often born of wondering met with enough time to do so. I also think inspiration plays a massive role but if you’re only ever inspired, absent from doing something about it, you might still be distracted.
