I came up with a name for the people that convince you there’s an easy way to drastically change the trajectory of your life. They’re called liars. They’re liars because they’re making you believe it’s not difficult to make serious changes in yourself so they can sell you something. Now everyone’s gotta make a living but as a coach myself, you wanna know what I tell the people I work with… I say it’s gonna be really difficult but that is great news because when the inevitable pains of life get thrown your way you’ll already know it’s business as usual.
