Your Daily Mile Message #33

CRU MAHONEY

Do you actually want to become a strong individual or are you going to allow an increase in difficulty to yield an increase in the likelihood of you quitting on yourself? People tend to think that someone with routines and mental toughness doesn’t have to make sacrifices because it comes easy to them but that couldn’t be more untrue. If I’ve gotta be somewhere at 5am, I’m out there at 3:30 in the morning getting done what I told myself I would because I don’t break those promises to me. Is it difficult? Of course. Could I make an excuse? Of course. But who would I be if I chose the easy way out?
