here's exactly how to believe in yourself

It’s really hard to believe in yourself if you’ve never given yourself a reason to. 
 

If you prove time and time again that you’re not willing to show up and keep the promises you make, how are you gonna be convinced that you deserve what you want in life?
 

Anybody with real self-belief has earned it.
 

If you think I’m out running every day to train for my next marathon, you’re wrong. I’m training to prove to myself that when I say run, I run.
 

When life wants to get in the way, I focus on the promise, not the prize. And when I say my life will be everything I could ever want and more…
 

I believe it more than anything because the proof is all there.
