I want you to ask yourself if you’re really doing everything you could to get out of the situations that consume you.

You could be trying to get in shape, fix your mental health, really anything but the same principle applies across the board.
 

If you’re looking for the solutions that give you fast results and make you feel nice and comfortable, you’ll never change. 
 

You might think that if you only had a certain amount of money or looked a certain way, the problem would be solved. But you see, all these results you want are only assigned value through what it takes to get there.

That’s right. The “journey” that everyone talks about.
 

If you’re not willing to dig your heels in and face yourself, it’s gonna be a long road of pretending like you’re trying to make a genuine change…

And pretending never truly worked for anyone.
