I don't know about you but that doesn’t sound like a pleasant life to me. Here’s the thing, nobody can perfectly control what happens to them but some people out there take advantage of their capability to dictate how they respond. There’s a big difference between the person that jumps in a cold shower and freaks out vs the one that remains calm and I’ll tell you this…
 

the difference is not in the intensity of the stimulus or the innate capability of each person.
 

It’s in the choice of how to respond to that feeling of cold. You have a lot more control than you think but you’ll never have it if you don’t dig deep and search for it within yourself.
