It’s no wonder I lose followers half the time I post because the truth isn’t exactly viral.
 

I won’t sell you on some fake idea of ease and fast results and I guarantee that if I did, I’d be making a heck of a lot more money because that’s the garbage that everyone wants to hear. You wonder why all the people that buy into the magic weight loss pills and the get rich quick programs will forever be fat and poor…
 

but the people I work with change their lives by indulging in hardship… not shortcuts.
