We all pretend

It’s okay to be a human being. If you want to embrace a variety of ideas and escape from the single-mindedness that everyone seems to need from you, I’d say that’s a pretty reasonable desire because that’s called being real.
 

Just as I’m passionate and serious about spreading these messages and helping people improve, later on today I’ll likely make a joke to my friends that absolutely nobody else can hear. You know why, because I have a massive appreciation for humor and the understanding that can come from it and that isn’t exclusive to being deeply serious about my life and what I do.
 

The fact that we all pretend to be one way or another to satisfy those around us is purely stupid because it’s not the case with anyone yet we all hide that about ourselves because we think we’re the only ones.
