It’s so easy to hand your life over to laziness and wasted time because we’re spoiled by a lack of consequence in the short term.
 

If you eat garbage food one day it probably won’t have long-lasting effects but you condition your mind over time to believe that eating garbage food isn’t a big deal and before you know it, you’re comfortable being destructive.
 

The decisions we make on an individual day don’t seem to have much impact but a lifetime is simply made up of thousands and thousands of individual days and you have the opportunity to take advantage of every single one.
