stop lying to yourself

If you’ve convinced yourself that you can’t,
 

I’d ask you to stop lying to yourself and say that you could,
 

you just don’t want it bad enough.
 

The amount of times I hear, “I wish I could get up early and run like you do”
 

from able-bodied people with nothing keeping them from doing so but a choice, is insane.
 

Here’s the reality: whatever the thing you wish you could do or accomplish is,
 

it’s on the other side of choosing to do what it takes to get there,
 

not debating whether or not it’s possible.
 

This tendency to look at someone that’s where you want to be as inherently more capable is a lie you tell yourself so you can stay comfortable.
 

I’d encourage you to tell yourself the truth.
