If you tell me you want to change your life but allow trivial weakness and abandonment of your responsibilities to get in the way, I’d question how bad you really want it.
 

Because someone out there has the perfect excuse but doesn’t use it.
 

You can wake up every day and do what you said you would in spite of whatever tries to get in the way or you could let it win and prove you don’t really wanna change. Maybe what you’re not fully aware of is choice. You might’ve been taught to listen to the side of your mind that tells you to cower in fear of resistance but you have the choice to listen to your future self that wishes you’d push back against it.
