CRU MAHONEY
You only have one chance to see what happens if you go all-in on the kind of life you’d actually want but the chance to be just like everybody else will always be available so why rush to make that the case right now?
To realize that most people leave college barely into their twenties already jaded by enforced normalcy, it’s pretty grim. Life at that point has just started and the distinct choice to adopt a downhill trajectory is pretty sad.
Where’s the energy in people?
Where’s the excitement to do something meaningful and make life a progression of fulfillment?
To hear someone tell you that college was the best 4 years of their life is a tough pill to swallow considering how many years follow and at the core that’s a choice. Not a great one in my opinion.
